Increasing stress, inflammation and hormonal imbalances are responsible for many of the complaints that we hear every day. After working with a range of clients and athletes, I now understand that you need a holistic approach to find a sustainable protocol to achieve your health and well-being goals.

I'm Lizzy, a holistic lifestyle coach and exercise scientist and I understand that you need an integrated approach to achieve optimal health. I'm passionate about getting you on the right track. In my consultations, we will identify the key roadblocks that might be holding you back from reaching your potential and achieving the results that you're looking for. Whether it's losing body fat, gaining muscle, achieving hormonal balance or overcoming unwanted symptoms, we can work towards balance by looking at the whole picture and help you to set achievable and rewarding goals.

In this 90 minute session, you will meet with nutritionist and exercise scientist Lizzy. We will review your current diet and lifestyle report, stress load and "red flags." This initial consultation is critical to get things started. We will dive a little deeper into your current health and habits and start to implement change.  In this one-on-one consult, you will receive clear and sustainable goals and walk away with a new lease on life. Body composition analysis is optional for face-to-face consults. The initial consultation is also available via Skype.
